As part of the International Victors Program Social Impact Projects, Teopista Kizza an alumnus of the 2023 “Not Too Young to Run-Engaging Youth in Political process" is running an 8-month campaign dubbed “In Her Voice.” The campaign promotes the inclusion of female youth with disabilities in Uganda’s electoral processes and is conducted online through an “In Her Voice” YouTube channel which will be linked to other social media platforms. The campaign will focus on using visual stories of the experiences of the female youth with disabilities telling the ordeal of their experiences in the previous elections in Uganda and calling on the responsible actors to take action to adopt reforms to cater for their accessibility and participation in the process.
