The North Sound Accountable Community of Health (ACH) is a nonprofit organization in Washington State. North Sound ACH exists to create a just and inclusive culture and the necessary conditions for all community members to thrive. We work alongside partners in Island, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties, and with the 8 tribes in our region.
