Giovanni Costello is singer, composer and arranger.
His prominent, smoky voice is unmistakable and brings something unique to his own songs as well as interpreted songs. With italian temperament, great dedication and passion, he gives every show his own particular style.Costello was born in Perugia (Umbria/Italy).He studied music at the conservatory of Perugia,
degreed with diploma and than studied composition in Milan.
Giovanni Costello sang himself in the 1st Show of"The Voice of Germany" into the team of Xavier Naidoo. The battleshow "Costello // Rüdiger Skoczowsky" with the song "What a Wonderful World" was one of the highlights of the Show and stays unforgettable.
After the Show "The Team Xavier" formed a band called "Sing um Dein Leben" (www.singumdeinleben.de). Costello and Skoczowsky sang an italian-german ballade on the first CD (2012). The second CD was released this summer, with Costellos Song "Sexy, Fast and Furious".
