I’ve enjoyed music since receiving my first record player & radio in 1948. Lyrics & visuals are secondary to me & if music doesn't sound good I don't bother listening, even if the lyrics/vids are great. My channel features music from the distant past and the largest percentage of my viewers are 65+. For whatever reason most younger people don't like older music, even though it's widely considered to be the greatest music ever recorded. When I was young I enjoyed many songs that were popular before my time. The best music was often created during the worst of times such as WW2 and The Great Depression. The great music continued during the turbulence of the 1960s and 1970s but I've rarely liked any music created after the 1980s.
