Thespian Troupe #132
Thespian Troupe #132 is Oceanside High School's theater honor society. Students must go through many hours of both on-stage and off-stage work in order to be inducted. There are four shows every year: A drama, directed in the fall by Thespian Advisor Laura Gallo; A road show which travels to 3 different elementary schools each winter, directed by a senior Thespian; A musical, directed in the spring by Bruce Bider; And a revue, directed over the summer by the President of the troupe. There are many opportunities to get the required 100 points, like performing in the shows, being part of the stage crew, and even building and painting sets, in addition to tons of other options.
