Milton Gulli

Born and raised in the suburbs of Lisbon, Milton Gulli is an artist deeply immersed in Lusophone sounds and the contemporary African musical scene of Lisbon. He has performed with Philharmonic Weed, Cool Hipnoise, The Grasspoppers and has been part of the afrobeat collective Cacique'97. He has played with Prince Wadada, Kimi Djabaté, Mercado Negro, Marcelo D2 and has been invited to albums by artists such as Sam The Kid, Sagas, XEG, Izem and others. 9 years ago, he moved to Mozambique and began working with rapper Simba in the production of "The Heroes - A Tribute To A Tribe", while helping to produce "Cubaliwa" from Azagaia for his newly formed independent label Kongoloti Records. In Maputo, Milton produced albums by Deltino Guerreiro, Ras Skunk, Spirits Indigenous, Granmah and performed with Azagaia, Simba, TP50, Gravity Regulators, Ras Skunk and DRP. His music has always been for the people and about the people.
