Flow with Kels- Yoga

This is your space to move, breathe, and grow with me through creative yoga flows that connect your mind and body and bring a little more light into your day. Through movement and self-study (svadhyaya), we’ll explore how awareness on the mat can ripple out into every part of life.

Here you’ll find everything from beginner to intermediate flows, quick warm-ups, short daily practices, full-length classes, and manifesting flows built around special themes to help you tune in and raise your vibe. I also love mixing things up with sculpt + flow workouts using weights for that extra fire 🔥

My mission is simple: to help you feel more connected, confident, and kind to yourself and the world around you. Together we’ll build awareness, compassion, and community. Whether you’re craving a grounding, peaceful flow or a high-energy vinyasa, there’s something here for every mood and every body.
