Hey guys. My name's Dom. My favorite part of lifting has always been how it seems to detach me from everything else in life. Every second I'm in the gym, headphones turned up to 11, fighting against gravity my mind goes blank. Free from everything, feeling unstoppable.

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, competitive powerlifter, bodybuilder and coach. You'll find programs, exercise tips, diet, supplement & other lifting advice on this channel. I've been lifting for 30+ years (bodybuilding and powerlifting). My best lifts are a 600lb squat, 515lb bench, and 700lb deadlift.

I've worked with many high level athletes including UFC Champ Matt Hughes, Teen National Bodybuilding Champ Brett Feldman, OCB Bodybuilding Champ Phillip Ricardo (see thumbnail of my '4 Things to Build a STRONG Muscular Physique" video) & IFBB pro Ben Pollack.
