I’m a Japanese bass player going jazz and neo-soul (and others also) sessions often.
I usually go to sessions around Tokyo.
I’d like to session Robert Glasper, Gretchen Parlato, Erykah Badu and D’angelo.
My bass heroes are Willie Weeks, Meshell Ndegeocello and Hadrien Feraud.
And I also being influenced by Pat Metheny to learn jazz soloing.
