Ithaca Morning Movement
Ithaca Morning Movement is a virtual movement gathering led by a 6-member team based in Ithaca, NY. Each weekday morning, one member of our team will lead a gentle but powerful 30-40 minute sequence of movements to boost immunity, energy and longevity while decreasing pain and stress.
Programming Schedule (All times in Eastern Time):
Mondays at 8:30 AM: Boost your immunity, reduce stress, and increase energy with Qigong with Anne Stork (Starting 3/30).
Thursdays at 8:00 AM: Chinese meridian massage, stretching, and Qigong with Sadie Hays, L.Ac.
Fridays at 8:00 AM: Jonathan Hall leads a lively qigong set to get you limber, centered, and energized for the day.
Sundays at 9:00 AM: Tai Chi and Qigong with Sarah Costonis, L.Ac.
