Boy Scouts of America Winnebago Council & Ingawanis Adventure Base
We serve 17 counties and over 3,200 youth in Northeast Iowa with the support of 1,600 registered volunteers and more than 150 chartered partners. The Winnebago Council also operates the Ingawanis Adventure Base near Waverly, IA as our resident Scout Camp. Located near Waverly, Iowa, Ingawanis Adventure Base is a privately owned Scout Camp for use by Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, and Venturing Crews; youth groups. Having direct access to the Cedar River, we host tent and cabin camping, canoe floats, trail hikes, mountain bike rides, training sessions, and other activities. Wooded rolling hills and winding trails at Ingawanis Adventure Base provide a challenging place to hike, or for the less adventurous you can walk the easy trails or the camp roads. Step back into a rustic Scout camp experience at the beautiful Ingawanis Adventure Base! We look forward to serving you in all of your Scouting needs!
