Momentum Sports is an track and field coaching company which helps athletes get faster, fitter and stronger from beginners to internationals. We've been coaching athletics for over of 20 years and helped thousands of athletes to sprint, hurdle, jump, throw and race middle distance and long distance events.
We love our sport and live it 24/7 - and we can help you succeed and love it too, whatever your level.
Our advice will help athletes, coaches, PE students and anyone looking to learn more about the sport with training advice, drills, running technique and much more.
We are run (excuse the pun) by a team of highly experienced coaches who tailor athlete's training to their needs. Our coaches include, amongst others, Richard Holt, Pat Logan, Vanessa Hammett, Mark Roberts, David Wellstead, Richard Vassall, Sam Ige and Phoebe Law. Many of our coaches were/are successful athletes too
