I started this YouTube channel way back in 2006 to upload home videos of my baby girl (which are now unlisted), but it eventually morphed into a place where I document my lifting journey. Although I lifted in my teens (age 13 - 17), I drifted away from it later in life. But then I came back to lifting in my early 40s and am continuing to lift into my mid-50s - and will do so until "to dust I shall return." I apologize for the somewhat irregular uploads and the unprofessional quality of the videos, but I'm not seeking to be a professional YouTuber or a "fitness influencer."
