I am NOT a medical doctor (MD). I AM a Doctor of Physical Therapy. My degree is Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy (DScPT). I AM a Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist (OMPT).The information posted on this channel started as a way for me to create home exercise and informational segments for specific patients and clients I am working directly with one on one. I have worked directly with the person and given intense instruction and then create a video to summarize for them to be used as a reminder of how to perform the exercise program. I am finding it useful to then re-use them on different appropriate clients/patients. I am also using these videos as a way for clients to document their sessions/progress as well as highlight some interesting modifications or strategies we have figured out together. I am finding it useful in enhancing the quality of the carry over of my instructions. If others find this information useful then even better. Please feel free to ask questions.
