Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 Whole
For Marination:
Coriander Leaves
Cashew Nuts
Almonds
Green Chili
Garlic
Fresh Ginger
Yogurt
Water
Oil - 1 Cup
Chicken Tikka Masala
Turmeric Powder
Black Pepper
Mixed Spices
Coriander Powder
Paprika Powder
Fried Onions
Rest the marination for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
For cooking:
Milk - 1 Cup
Saffron - A pinch (Grounded)
Food Color - Red (A small pinch)
For cooking, put the marination in a pot on a low flame, stir from time to time until it cooks, add the milk to it and wait till it cooks.
Garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves.
