Pendant plus d’un siècle, les sols du Nord de la France se sont vu transpercés par la main de l’Homme pour en extraire le charbon. Des années durant lesquelles des familles, hommes, femmes et enfants ont péri et donné leur vie pour des industriels qui ne leur offrirent en échange qu’un maigre salaire.
C’est cela que raconte “Black Corridors”, le nouveau titre de Queen(Ares).
Issu du nouvel album CHOICES, à paraître le 17 mars 2026, le titre évoque l’enfermement, la peur et la colère des mineurs de fond.

For more than a century, the grounds of Northern France were hollowed by the hand of men in order to extract coal. During those years, families, men, women and children perished and gave their life in exchange for a meagre salary.
This is what “Black Corridors”, the new single from Queen(Ares), is about.
First song off new record CHOICES, to be released March 17th 2026, it evokes the confinement, fear, and rage from the coal miners.
