BIG NEWS! Iconic Motorbikes is MOVING!

Abhi & Adam give us a tour of the new location and break down how we're going to turn it into a truly ICONIC shop!

"Time for the BIG NEWS!!

Abhi and I have been keeping an eye out for a new location for a couple years now as we had some big headwinds at our Santa Monica airport hangar.

1. The rent is quite high
2. We could get kicked out at anytime if a “plane owner” wanted it so clearly I didn’t like that stress.
3. The airport is set to close in 2028
4. Most important. Exceptionally hard to insure and rather expensive insurance.

So…. When Abhi called me in NZ to tell me our insurance company was canceling us. Clearly it called for a pivot…

That said, my wife and I made some major decisions while in NZ, selling a personal property and we bought a building for Iconic.

That means we will NEVER get priced out of our building as I can tell you right now I’m a great landlord :). Even our Newport Beach rentals are HALF of market price as we adore our tenants.

So….big changes, massive rent & insurance savings and closer to most of the staff to home.

I’ll miss our hangar but I sure the heck won’t miss this rent or the crazy Santa Monica traffic!

Plan to be 100% moved in by end of April!"
