The Beyond,’ a twist on the Koji Negroni created by Naoto Ogawa, Brand Ambassador of Campari Group (Campari Japan). The Koji Negroni is a new Negroni style from Japan, combining authentic barley shochu ‘iichiko Saiten,’ made with Japanese koji, and Campari.

Ingredients
・Campari … 20ml
・iichiko Saiten … 20ml
・Peach & Shiso Vermouth (*1) … 25ml
・Lambrusco … 20ml
Garnish
・A sprig of shiso flower
(*1) Blend in the following ratio: 75% peach liqueur, 10% shiso liqueur, 15% vermouth.
How to make
1)Fill a rocks glass with ice. In a mixing glass, add ice, Campari, iichiko Saiten, and Peach & Shiso Vermouth. Stir well, then strain into the glass.
2)Float Lambrusco on top and garnish with a sprig of shiso flower.
