Cream Cheese Banana Bread - delicious homemade banana bread recipe
here are the INGREDIENTS:
for the cream cheese filling:
4 oz cream cheese softened
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 large egg
for the batter:
3 over ripe bananas - mashed
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup coconut sugar (or regular sugar of your choice)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 over ripe bananas - mashed
1/4 cup fresh milk or evaporated milk
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp maple extract - optional
1 large egg
bake on a preheated oven at 350°f for 50 to 55 minutes
