On this edition on Sarokar we discuss the crucial judicial reforms that have been in public dialogue for many years. Successive governments have been proposing measures to speed-up the disposal of cases in various courts but have not been able to achieve.
The issue has also come in the Parliament for discussion many times but ended becoming a tussle between executive and judiciary.
