The DBBB is a series of hundreds of miles of tracks and trails through the wilds of Appalachian Kentucky. Today, we take you along on a small, but challenging trail, marked as the Herdes Spring Trail. This 1.9 mile long stretch of dirt, rock, and mud will challenge almost every vehicle, with mud holes, rock obstacles, a water crossing, v-notches, and washouts. There is even an old abandoned vehicle along the track, a reminder to pick your line carefully.
We don't often dedicate a video to someone, but this one is in memory of my dad, Larry Smith, who passed away while I was editing it. He was the man behind the camera or the camcorder when I was growing up, and he is the reason I have a camera in my hand today. Thanks dad. We will miss you.
