Big Eyes Small Mouth 4e (And Anime 5e)

BESM was a game I was really excited about in early 2008 or so. That was also when I was at my most insufferable stages of my weeb phase.

Eventually I grew bored with it when I realized it did everything HERO System did, but not as much to my liking.

Big Eyes Small Mouth 4th Edition, though, is more or less what I think 3rd edition should have been, but couldn't for various reasons.

Anime 5e, on the other hand, doesn't really serve much purpose; it shoehorns in the worst parts of point buy and level systems into one game just to say "Hey! It's D&D, but you can do SO MUCH MORE!"
