Cook With Me: Schnitzel

Hi everyone! This week I'm back...with a cooking video! Follow along as I attempt to make schnitzel. Maybe you'll try this dish yourself, too ;)
CUCUMBER SALAD:
-peel one whole, fresh cucumber (cut off the ends)
-grate the cucumber in a large bowl
-add a pinch of salt & pepper, a generous squeeze of lemon juice, a couple of tablespoons of sugar (brown or regular, but you'll need more of the brown sugar), and a cup of water
-thoroughly mix the ingredients
Tip: refrigerate before serving.
POTATOES:
-peel four large Russet potatoes and cut each into fourths
-place in a pot of cool water and sprinkle in cumin seeds
-boil for ~20 min.
-drain and serve
Top with butter, salt, and/or pepper, according to taste.
SCHNITZEL:
-trim off the fat from the boneless pork loin chops
-tenderize both sides of each pork chop with a meat pounder
-salt & pepper both sides of each pork chop
-completely cover each pork chop with: #1 all-purpose flour, #2 whisked eggs (let the excess drip off), and #3 bread crumbs (these can be hand grated or you can also use Shake 'n Bake)
-fry the coated pork chops on a pan with extra virgin olive oil
The Schnitzel is done when both sides are golden brown. Serve with a slice of lemon on top.
