We got warned about this in Australia… and you were absolutely right!.

This week we head to Thredbo in the Snowy Mountains to hike to the summit of Mount Kosciuszko – Australia’s highest peak – at the start of summer. We’re expecting a calm, sunny alpine walk… instead we’re swarmed by flies, blasted by insane UV, and even find snow on the trail. 🌞❄️

We take the chairlift from Thredbo, hike to the summit, drink hot chocolate at the top, and only realise how bad things got when we wake up the next morning and see Luke’s sunburn. After a LOT of aloe vera, we head back into Thredbo to ride the brand‑new Alpine Coaster and celebrate our 10‑year anniversary.
