Ingredients :
1. Begun / brinjal / baingan - 500gm
2. Termaric Power - 1 tsp
3. Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
4. salt to taste
5. Wheat Flour - 1 tbsp
6. Mastard Oil - 4 tbsp (as per needed)
7. Onion - 3 small (cut into slices)
8. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
9. Green Chilli - 3 /4
10. Panch Foron - 1 tsp
11. Tamarind Pulp / paste - 1 tbsp
12. Cumin Powder - 1 tsp

Preparation Time : 5 min
Cooking Time : 10 min
