How To Make Watermelon Jelly - EASY!

Come in the kitchen with me and make a new favorite summertime treat that will last you the whole year through - delicious and tart Watermelon Jelly! Here's what you'll need:

6 c. prepared juice (about half of a decent-sized watermelon)
6 3/4 c. suger
3/4 c. lemon juice
3 packs Sure-Jell original premium pectin
+/- 1 tsp. butter
