Missile Mail was supposed to be like Air Mail, but faster. Imagine New York to Paris in only 20 minutes. On paper, the idea looked great, but in reality, things didn't add up. As if mail by ballistic missile wasn't already bizarre enough, the government went one up and added a submarine.
