Welcome to Class 17 of our 40 Days Arabic Learning Program, based on the authentic and globally taught Madina Arabic Book 1.
In this class, we start Lesson 9 (Part 1), continuing our study of Naʿt and Manʿūt (adjectives in Arabic) in a detailed and practical way.

This lesson builds directly on the introduction covered in Class 16 and helps learners apply adjective rules confidently.

🔹 1. Revision of Naʿt & Manʿūt Basics

We briefly revise:

Meaning of Manʿūt (the noun)

Meaning of Naʿt (the adjective)

Position of adjective after the noun

🔹 2. Naʿt & Manʿūt in Madina Book 1 (Lesson 9)

In this part, students learn:

Vocabulary from Lesson 9

Reading sentences containing adjectives

Identifying Manʿūt and its Naʿt

🔹 3. Four Agreements Applied Practically

We apply the four relations practically:

1️⃣ حالت (Case) – Rafaʿ, Nasb, Jarr
2️⃣ جنس (Gender) – Masculine & Feminine
3️⃣ عدد (Number) – Singular, Dual, Plural
4️⃣ تعریف / وسعت (Definiteness) – Definite & Indefinite

Rule reminder:
➡️ Naʿt always follows Manʿūt in all four agreements

🔹 4. Examples & Sentence Analysis

This class includes:

Word-by-word explanation

Translation practice

Grammar spotting

Pronunciation correction

Examples like:

طالبٌ مجتهدٌ

البيتُ الكبيرُ
