Given that some new 7*s have just been announced, I thought it would be a good idea to have a look at them at the equivalent level to help you make up your mind as to which one you may want to target. 7* R2 is a bit better than 6*R5A, but this is the best we have so this is what we will be using. Today we will be looking at Punisher 2099!
