Arbor Low is an amazing monument of the Bronze Age, a stone circle, weather beaten and ravaged by time. It is one of the many enigmatic arrangements of stone pillars in the Peak and as with most you will find it amid stunning countryside. However, these stones have not been hoisted back into their original position. Instead they lie flat and surrounded by a steep embankment.
Is it possible to make a good composition from them?
