矢先稲荷神社 〒111-0036 東京都台東区松が谷２丁目１４−１

三代将軍家光の治世下、武道振興を目的として、京都の三十三間堂に倣った社殿が浅草に建立されました。矢先稲荷神社の名前は、このお堂の廊下で射的をする際に、的の先に社殿があったことから付けられたと言われています。浅草七福神の一つでもあります。

矢先稲荷神社の例大祭は隔年で行われますが、神輿巡行は毎年行われます。多くの同好会が参加する事が特徴で、担ぎ手が「ソイヤソイヤ」の掛け声とともに神輿を担ぎ競う光景は迫力満点です。

During the reign of the third Shogun Iemitsu, a shrine modeled after Sanjusangendo in Kyoto was built in Asakusa for the purpose of promoting martial arts. It is said that the name Yasaki Inari Shrine was given because the shrine was located beyond the target when shooting in the hallway of this hall. It is also one of the Asakusa Seven Lucky Gods.

Yasaki Inari Shrine's annual festival is held every other year, but the mikoshi procession is held every year. It is characterized by the participation of many clubs, and the sight of the carriers competing to carry the mikoshi while shouting "Soiya Soiya" is very impressive.
