The Anglo-Scottish border is one of the oldest in the world, but have you ever thought about walking right up to it? Join me on this walk from the outskirts of Berwick-upon-Tweed along the windswept Northumberland coast all the way to the Scottish border at Marshall Meadows Bay.
Along the way, we pass a number of interesting spots, including Magdalene Fields Golf Course, the East Coast Main Line, the A1 road, sandstone sea caves, 50m-high cliffs, an off-road motorcyclist, the hamlet of Marshall Meadows, some sheep, and of course the Scottish border itself at England's northernmost point.
