This is Dexter's first time hosting
Dexter also had a unique "Now Back To" bumpers for The Powerpuff Girls and any new episode of a show (This case being Courage The Cowardly Dog)
He also predicts Dexter's Laboratory having new episodes and Ed, Edd n Eddy going to school. Not too bad of a prediction there eh?
The original recording was uploaded by @SensuixShinobu7 both the promo and the night itself. I had @ccffreak's intro recording to fill the missing beginning because who doesn't like the 2000 acapella? Also fixed the random streak in said intro after the part Dexter said "No that is not it!" from ccffreak's recording
