Serve the parking building for John Lewis department store across the street, which is connected by a skywalk on the 3rd floor. The main entrance on the ground floor is locked and needs a valid parking pass to enter, but you can easily get in by taking the store's elevators or escalators up to the 3rd floor and cross the skywalk from there.
