First Time Playing Pickleball Open Play - Level 2 - Austin, TX

1 week into pickleball. First time playing pickleball open play, level 2. There are 3 levels. Level 2 is supposed to be for 3.0 - 4.0 DUPR players. I just got a brand new pickleball paddle 2 days ago - Six Zero Double Black Diamond! Playing at Austin Pickle Ranch.

About Me - "Paul Lee Pickleball"

My username, eellaup, was actually supposed to be my name backwards (paul lee). But middle school me wasn't very smart and so it's slightly mispelled. I know it's hard to remember and spell and I appreciate everyone who bears with it!

A friend got me into a pickleball by asking me to join a tournament with him since his partner bailed last minute. I borrowed his paddle and we ended up winning that tournament. This was June 22nd, 2024. That same day I went home and bought my very first paddle. From there on, it's history :)
