The film follows AK (Ajith Kumar), a feared Mumbai gangster known as Red Dragon, whose life takes a dramatic turn when his wife Ramya (Trisha Krishnan) demands he abandon his criminal past to be part of their family. After the birth of their son Vihaan (Karthikeya Dev), Ramya refuses to let AK touch the child until he reforms. AK surrenders to the police, serving an 18-year prison term to atone for his crimes.

Upon release, AK plans to reunite with Vihaan, now 18, who is unaware of his father’s violent history. However, Vihaan is arrested in Spain on false drug charges orchestrated by Jammie and Johnny (Arjun Das in a dual role), twin brothers linked to AK’s past.
