As it is rightly said, Opportunity does not knock twice. So, one must have the capability of utilizing the opportunity to put his labor with full will and valor. Pramod Bhasin is the Founder and current non-executive Vice Chairman of India's largest business process outsourcing (BPO) company: Genpact. He is widely revered in the industry, and considered to be the founder and pioneer of the Business Process Management industry in India. Mr. Bhasin currently serves on the boards of several educational institutions including IIM Lucknow, Lady Shri Ram College, and SRCC
