PlayStation Vita | 10 Years Later

It's hard to believe sometimes that Sony Interactive Entertainment's PlayStation Vita (PS Vita) handheld is almost 10 years old! So to help celebrate the year of the PS Vita's 10th Birthday, I wanted to take a look backwards in time and talk about the beginning, life, and end of the PS vita as a viable portable handheld platform and what life is like after the platform's discontinuation.

Buckle up as there is a lot to cover in a short amount of time. We'll talk about the original PS Vita (PCH-1000 / OLED) system, the PS Vita Slim (PC-2000 / LCD) System, the accessories, the available games and finally; the potential the system has with homebrew software like h-encore, HENKAKU, VitaShell and many others! Vita means "life" . . . even after the platform's discontinuation.
