CORNBREAD
2 cups corn flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (heaped up)
1 cup milk (add more if too dry, a little at a time)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons melted butter
mix all dry ingredients together, then add the wet. Mixture should be pourable but not too runny. Melt butter in castiron in a 420 Fahrenheit oven.
Pour the melted butter into the cornbread mix and stir. Pour into the heated cast iron and cook 20 minutes or until done.
