【404文库】湖南省委要“解放思想”，是什么意思？

2月18日，湖南省委发布了《关于在全省开展解放思想大讨论活动的通知》，该通知中的“解放思想”引发网民群嘲。

微信公众号“风慢慢”同样发布文章进行评论，但很快其文就遭到审查删除。这已是该公众号在2月以来被404的第三篇文章。
