Fishing Los Banos and El Mirage Shenanigans (ROAD TRIP)

September 10, 2019 -

Since I was going to be starting my new job soon, I decided to take a last minute road trip with no destination in mind. We just started making it up as we went. First night we drove 4 hours out to Lemmore, CA. We stood the night at Robo's house and that was all we could fit into the first night.


September 11, 2019 -

We woke up from Robo's and we weren't sure if we wanted to go to Kings Canyon, Sequoia, Yosemite, or Pills' house. We ended up taking the 3-4 hr drive up north to Brentwood, CA. We spend that day just catching up with Pills and relaxing to a nice BBQ that he prepared.


September 12, 2019 -

It was our last day to drive all the way back home (7 hrs out). We were tired and just wanted to get home. Oddly enough, this was our most eventful day. We drove about 2-3 hours down to Los Banos and fished there for about an hr. Then while we were making our way down to LA we decided why sit in traffic when we can go have a little bit of fun at El Mirage. So we stopped at El Mirage for about an hr and then we finally made the hr drive back home.
(I know the El Mirage footage wasn't really 'drifting' but my car is all wheel drive and we weren't trying to stick around for that long because we were scared of law enforcement. Thanks for understanding!)

It was a great experience, and I will definitely do some more of these trips in the future. Exploring new spots and catching up with good old friends is always fun.
