How to deal with a faulty PIC chip in a Cotek S150-224 inverter. The under/over voltage circuit was making the inverter think it was a 12V model when in fact it is for 24V. The answer was to let the PIC chip keep thinking it was for 12V, but do a modification to let the inverter operate at 24V.
