My review on Sands Condo in Pratumnak Pattaya. Lovely air bnb. Ideal if you are staying for longer and does work out cheaper. Easy to get to Jomtein and Pattaya city from here. If you are a walker you can easily walk. I love this area if pattaya and would love to come back at this end. It's nice and relaxed here. Bars, food courts and resturants. Pharmacy, 7 elevens everywhere so ideal for families. Great time in Sands only downfall was that you have to do your own cleaning and washing. I'm sure you might be able to pay someoe to do the cleaining at extra cost. Like i said getting your washing done is quite cheap in Thailand so will not hurt your pocket.
