Enjoy this tour of the Old Main Prison located near Santa Fe, New Mexico. This prison was the site of Americas worst prison riot resulting in the deaths of 33 people in February, 1980. Unfortunately we were not allowed to video tape or photograph cell block 4 where most of the killings took place. Tours are currently offered on weekends during the Summer. Video was shot August, 2016 and filmed with permission of staff and tour guide. Video was made purely for educational purposes and to preserve history in a video form. It is protected under the 1976 "Fair use" Copyright law, Section 107.
