When I'm starting seeds for 2025 & where to get seeds | Zone 7

Thank you guys for sticking around while I've been away! And I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and here's to another great year.
These are the seeds I currently have and am planning on planting coming in the following weeks for our zone (zone 7). We say zone 7 but the way zones are determined doesn’t take into account elevation and we’re in the NW up in the mountains so I try to go by 7a/6b. Like I mention in the video I'm sure things will change and I wont stick to plan but as of now this is making me feel prepared.
I will be doing a video on the seeds I ordered, as well as my favorites to grow.
