RG Luffy is a deck that has incredible survivability with its leader ability that lets it stay alive until the late game. Pair the survivability with a strong mid game and a combo that lets the deck swing 3 15k un-blockable attacks, the deck turns into an unstoppable force for those who done respect the decks strength. OP13 RG Luffy is definitely a sleeper pick, it does well into both IMU and Ace as long as you play right.
