Now after Yellow Zebra, here's another circle that's often labeled as useless~

But this time, if you listen to the album...don't expect any Touhou Sweets (insert moe star here). I still don't know what the album is about exactly, but it's not totally innocent at all. It's about a yuricest relationship between Remilia and Flandre and I THINK that in the end with Flandre getting out of the closet or whatever she's locked in, she kills Remilia with "her immense destructive power" (it's ZUN being quoted here). But I'm not sure, I just hear a crying Flandre in the last track and no Remilia so I guess it's something like that. I don't think that yuri relationships are always bad, being more of a yaoi fan myself, but here it seems to be done quite well actually. More in a tragic and passionate way, but I'm still not sure about what's going on in the album.

But that's not the reason why I'm posting this, in fact I don't have the lyrics, I just know that there's a yandere track on the album and a few spoken tracks that contain the yuri action, also something about Sakuya and Patchy.

Well I'm posting this because it's a DAMN GREAT arrange, and an arrange of the STAGE THEMES of the Scarlet sisters too.:D Now that's rare right?

Now I don't know who of the singers is who, I just wrote it down how I found it, but I must say, I really love the intro voice here. The intro which has a part of Eastern Dream is absolutely gorgeous, I could listen to an entire song just like that.~

Now Flandre has a moe-moe voice here, nothing really spectacular, however the interaction between the 2 voices is what drew me into this track. I think there should be so more arranges like that in Touhou music, I mean there are so many different constellations of characters who have some kind of story together right?

So I'd say, give this album a listen in case you don't know it already. Some will like it because of the semi-explicit yuri action, but there's much more to it. In fact the album has some of the BEST instrumentation done by yohine, you probably know that instrumental of Septette and U.N. Owen with the strings right? Well that's Innocent Key too. So really, I don't want to discredit Innocent Key just as a pitchy-pitchy jokey circle, besides the funny/meme tracks (that I even liked to some extent, I mean, you need that stuff too) and the yuri action spoken tracks didn't need to be there IMO, but if you look through their discography, there are really some very worthy and well-made arranges by yohine.
