Ryouko Otonashi She's from Dangan Ronpa Zero

3) Who's the girl with the Junko wig?
Her Name is Mukuro Ikusaba.
SPOILERS!!! - Junko's older twin sister and The Super-Level High School Soldier. She was previously in a terrorist group called Fenrir. During the killing school life, Junko killed Mukuro to feel the despair.
