So I've wanted a smaller solo seat for awhile, and have been looking into the Biltwell Sporty 8's, as well as Le Pera Bare Bones. When calling up to the local Harley dealership to make sure a 48 seat would directly swap over to an Iron 883, they said yes, PLUS told me they had a 48 pull off seat that they would give me for a good deal.
It was a great deal, so I couldn't say no! My thought process was, the Biltwell Sport 8's look nearly identical and have the same profile as the OEM 48 seats, so why not try out something smaller and see how it fits and feels. It fits! But the feels? Well, let's just say I'm still looking into the LePera...
