Welcome to my very first video in the "Junk Journal With Me" series! I’m an artist based in West Wales, UK, and I’m delighted to introduce you to how I use junk journals for my own daily journaling practice. Whether you’re completely new to junk journaling or already have a shelf (or two!) of handmade books, you’ll find inspiration and practical ideas in this episode.
In this introduction, I’ll walk you through different types of journaling I use with my junk journals—from long form reflective writing and morning pages, to quick and creative rapid logging, and even project-specific journals for keeping those creative ideas organised. I’ll also share a peek at a selection of my own handmade junk journals—each with its own personality and purpose!
